Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number, email address used during checkout, and details about your request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your GlowRoom product arrives damaged, defective, or is not working properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide photos or videos showing the issue so our team can review your request and provide the best solution.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing something, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work to correct the issue and make sure you receive the product you ordered.

Custom Products

Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for returns because they are created specifically for each customer.

If a custom product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will review your request.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
• Products that have been modified after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging
• Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once your refund request has been approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
